About Us

                                     CUBBIES

Kids of pre-school age (2 years prior to Kindergarten) are ready for Cubbies.  This club is built on two premises:
Young children can and should receive spiritual training
Home is the primary place for spiritual training
Game, puppets, crafts, awards and other activities transform our pre-school program into a lively weekly experience where fun and learning go hand in hand.

                       SPARKS

Kids in Kindergarten through 2nd grade join Sparky on exciting adventures.  The Sparks program is firmly grounded in Scripture.  The three handbooks feature:
Basic truths about, God, Jesus Christ, salvation and the Bible
A clear and consistent presentation of the gospel message
An increased emphsis on Scripture memory over our preschool materials.
In three years, a child will learn an review over 65 verses, many of which cover salvation and key Christian doctrie.

                                   T&T

The name Truth & Training reflects the passion of Awana to teach 3rd-6th grade boys and girls the trth of God's Word and to train them to follow Christ in their daily lives.  Evangalism and discipleship go hand in hand. By the time a child has completed T&T they will have:
Learned and reviewed approximatley 310 verses
Studied dozens of passages from the Old and New Testiments
Discovered the Bibles response to questions like, "How does God want me to live my
life?", and memorized verses to back up these answers.

Help our local AWANA clubs out by supporting our own AWANA missonaries!  Each night we have a running "gas can money" contest.  This is an ongoing contest, to see which of our clubs can raise the most money per clubber for our missionaries.  It's Cubbies vs Sparks vs T&T ... who will the winner be?

We are also helping to take AWANA International through our own club!  We support another Awana club in India through the Adopt-a-Club program.  We encourage all the kids to bring aluminum recyleables (such as pop cans) to club each night.  We then take the money raised from recycling and use it to support another Awana club!
